2. Products

All products are handmade dog accessories, including collars, leads, and related items.
Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in size, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable Spanish/EU taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

We ship from Spain and offer international delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Cancellations (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Use of Products

Our products are designed for pets only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their dog and used safely.
PurePaw is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and applicable EU consumer regulations.
