We Care Service – Terms & Conditions

• The We Care Service is a voluntary sustainability initiative offered by PurePaw.

• Customers may send back used or damaged PurePaw products for repair, reuse, recycling, or donation where possible.

• Items must be clean before being returned.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returned items will not be sent back, regardless of condition.

• A €5 voucher will be issued per return shipment, redeemable on a future purchase.

• Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to refuse items that are not PurePaw products or are returned in unsuitable condition.

• This service may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
